Well this week is going pretty good time is moving really fast. Each day is over before it even gets started its hard to even keep track of time. Well the baptism that was for the 3rd didn't make it he felt that his tests were more important than coming to chrurch and God so his testimony wasn't at all where it needed to be so it didn't happen. but there is another one that will have his interview this friday and get baptized on sunday. hopefully. he is a good kid and has been investigating for about a year now so its about time that he makes the commitment to get baptized. He is a very less confident person and the gospel is changing him so much and is blessing him in so many different ways it is great to see the gospel work in peoples lives. On Tuesdday the was a statitory Holiday (all the phillipinenas get a day off) we went to help out at the temple with the baptisms. well we got there at 7 and had some time before the sisters started showing up so you did a 100 names each and then the sisters got there and we baptized untill 2 oclock. alot alot of people got baptized and confirmed the most successful day of missionary work that i have had. one of the great things was that my sisters from Discovery bay came in and i was able to help them Oh is was so awsome to see them so happy and now just the leaders of that branch and help others come into the gospel. Junea the really rugged one before is now just awesome she so great. Oh i miss working with them alot it was a great 5 months out there. Well about that school stuff when do i need to submit all the stuff and should i do it to all the schools? or what. I need to talk to Pres. Ong before i get on the internet and look up the school stuff. So how about this Idea. i get home in november and then start working untill spring and going out to Virgina for football and do 2 years out there then come back and go to BYU. I think that that sounds fun and could work out. Kory thinks that i could get in school for about 1500 a semester. which is good for a school like that. well i still dont really know what to do really just an idea. Yeah i would love to be a snowboard instructor if you could get some info on that it would be great. Oh i got a package from mom today thanks for that. well thats about it. see if you can get some pic of Jake playing Rugby i would love to see that. well take care i love you all

Elder Woodwaard

Well sounds like things are good from the short letter from Mom.Thanks mom. well i got a new compion last week Elder stoker from Washinton he is a great guy and has been in hong kong for almost a year so thats really nice to have some one with pretty good chinese that can talk just as well or better than myself it takes alot off of my shoulders. My distract also changed from the Zone leaders to a compionship that combined they haven't been i Hong Kong a year yet and two sisters that have been together for 4 and a half mounths now so it was from cake walk to a head ache. but like i always look at these things is my im going to be so much better a person and leader when i get out of it it going to be great. The work is going good we are still just getting blessed so much latly is so good. well last night was interesting . ok their i was peacefully a sleep at 2 oclock and a loud crash noise and the sound of water woke us up we ran out of the room to find that the apartment was filling up with salt water from the flush water from the toilet. We call down to the manigement office to tell them to turn off the water. well it took them like 45 min to turn it off and in the mean time the apartment filled up about 3 inches over the hole thing so then turn it off and then we started to bucket water into the bath tube and anywhere that it would drain. well by the grace of God we were able to get it all cleaned up by about 4 a.m. and get back to sleep. then i had to DL\ZL training and the temple OH that was a ruff meeting oh but it was so good. Pres. Ong showed us Coach Mendenhalls press conference speach to show us some leadership stuff it was good that way. but wow Mendenhall is really just going to turn the program around and make it a really hard stright forward program it looks good. speaking for school you still haven't let me know the things that i asked for like 2 mounths ago and well basiclly anything i asked for like 3 weeks ago still haven't got any answers back i don't ask for much just a little info would be nice if you could honesty get it to me next week it would be great. oh and anthor thing just because you think that you are to busy to see the miricles around you than you are ungreatful to our loving heavenly father so slow down and repent and relieze what the lord is doing around you well i got to go if you wonder what i asked for do some home work and look on past email when i asked for it Thanks love you

Well this week has been a good one we have gotten alot done this week and it is looking good set up for the next week too. Well this week we finally got some new investagators. One named Jeoffery. Sister lai talked to him on a bus on her way home friday night and invited him to church well he came and he liked it alot. He is a good guy 21 years old and full of intrest and alot of his own ideas. we than met with him after church and talked about the plan of salvation and then again met with him on tuesday and taught a Restoration. He is really good and should progress really well in the next few weeks. well we had a good week meeting with alot of the member in the ward trying to get their support and referrals its not working out just how we want but hopfully will in the coming weeks. Well we got to go to the temple againg this week i love going to the temple it is a great place today we actually got to do both sealings and a session so that was alot of fun to do that work. Yeah i sure that the work on the other side is moving really fast and has a greater success then that on this side. but thats ok well get things done hear. well i was thinking about the extension and im pretty sure that ill take iit cuz it will still put me home before thanksgiving so i think that it will be just right. but i still have a couple week before i have to tell Pres. Ong so it will give me some time to think. Omm Yeah well things are going good.But if i take this late date youll have to tell Darek that hell have to wait untill Nov to get married. What is this about a Morris and a Woodward likeing each other i dont know about that. Christian was a ruff case in High school i know all about that stuff. its not even worth it to even think about dating a girl alot in High school take it from some one that knows I think the time i spent with Angela was fun and we had some good memorys but i think that i also missied out on a lot of other oppertunitys with other girls that where out there. So have fun with her for a while but nothing to think that it will last more then a little while cuz there are alot of others out there and no need to spend all that time in High school with just one its not worth it. the last half of my Sr Year when i wasn't with Angela was alot of fun with the boys and alot of other girls so think about it Jake. We just try to teach correct principles and then let you govern your self. well that of from Hong Kong this week take care and i love you all

Well this week went by realy really fast. this key board it driving me crazy its really touchy. Oh well Well sounds like things all went good at the open house and that stuff. I bet it was good to get the hole family and see all the people form everywhere bet theaat was fun. Where did They go for they honey moon? Oh tell Darek that he at least needs to wait untill nov before her get hitched. Oh so what do you think aabout the extending thing if i do it i think that ill get home just before thanksgiving? Oh do you even read my letters uz i always ask you questions but i never get any anwsers. Like about shool i need to make a deisionn here in the next little while but if i neveer get any info i cant maake very good desision now can i. if i don't get it soon i like ill just have to go oout to SVU with Kory. Yeah so i wouldd be nicee to get something soon. well the work is going pretty good we aarre really busy again this week with a lot of member visits aand trying to get memberr referral cuz those are the best. and most likly to get baptized. Well this week i also found out that one of the investaagators that i haave been working with is gay so that kinda put aa bamper on things and anthor one is pretty crazy so theres strike two. we have been haveing a hard time trying to get new people in our teaching poles thats been the biggest struggle that we are running into right now so we have got to figure that out. but it wil come though time is really going fast ive only got like 2 more week in thiss moves period thats really weird well tthat about all from here well love you all and tallk to you next week.
